Amazed at how blind, organizations and government are to believe that these programs actually fix targeted problems. On food stamps, they started as a paper currency. Fraud(selling food stamps) led to issue of an atm card for purchase of food. Fraud is still happening. At time of checkout at grocery store, no id is required. Therefore, people sell their food stamps(atm card). Also unlike the old days, no one checks to see if you have a boy or girl friend living with you. In this ghetto, there are alot of heartless men and women. With no conscience, grown people literally, take food out of a babies' mouth and stomach. I believe that there is corruption and waste from the bottom to top of ladder of our society. The worst part is that, it is the norm. Right now as I write this, I am one of the few. Sorry to say.
