Hartford rarely makes national news. Something extremely strange or bad has to happen. Few minutes ago, on CNN, Rick's list, Hartford was featured with story of a woman caught on camera, stealing clothes off clothesline in our ghetto. To top it off, she was being picky about what she stole. It is sad that this puts us on map. At the same time, it shows ghetto mentality. Do not worry. I am not putting all of us down, only some of us. By reputation, I can say that this woman is a drug addict and comes from a neighboring town. She is thinking that she can get away with this because, noone is watching even with the camera. Hey it is the ghetto.
